2017 Rose of Cabernet Franc

Mostly whole cluster pressed Cabernet Franc, with Zinfandel Soignier added during fermentation to boost the fruit. Went to barrel for 5 months, topped with Pinot Noir for the color and Viognier to add floral characters.
