Winemaker Notes

2015 was a perfect, balanced vintage for Sonoma County Sparkling wines. The early August pick provided high acidity and elegant minerality. Dosage trials after 24 months of riddling and aging indicated that the small amount of viognier would add a subtle tropical mouthfeel to compliment the exquisite effervescence. Bottle age has complimented this Brut and promises to age significantly under proper cellar conditions.
