Winemaking is a practice of patience. It takes time to understand the different vineyards, their location and how each vintage offers grapes of changing value. Wines crafted from the same hands in 1995 versus 2015 will change from those 20 years of experience. Are they more engaging, more complex or do they lack the attention to detail from an era past? If I could take back the past 20 years and do it all over what would be different? It's hard to say. Overall, I think 20 years speaks for itself! Cheers, Scott and Erica
