Stuffed Mushrooms with Goat Cheese

Paired with the 2013 pinot noir, Bacigalupi Vineyard, Russian River Valley

Makes about 24

  • 24 Crimini mushrooms, stems removes
  • About 5 ounces soft goat cheese, crumbled
  • Kosher salt
  • Breadcrumbs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Lightly oil a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Stuff mushroom wtih goat cheese.
  3. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place on prepared baking sheet; bake until mushrooms are tender and lightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.
