- 24 Crimini mushrooms, stems removes
- About 5 ounces soft goat cheese, crumbled
- Kosher salt
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Lightly oil a rimmed baking sheet.
- Stuff mushroom wtih goat cheese.
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Place on prepared baking sheet; bake until mushrooms are tender and lightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.
